Thank you for considering membership
Becoming an approved member shows your support to the community we service. If you want to be more involved with Roots Community Health Centre Society, membership provides you the opportunity to attend and take part in our general and special meetings, to serve on committees where invited, and to participate in membership programs.
Applying to be a member requires you to be 19 years of age or older, and a $5.00 CAD annual membership fee. Membership dues are not eligible for a tax receipt.
We will send you an email after you join instructing you how to pay for your membership.
Membership does not automatically qualify you to volunteer, though members are encouraged to do so.
Roots Community Health Centre Society obtained Charitable Status June 27th, 2023.
Members can also participate through providing financial support, should they so desire.
